Delivery and Returns

Orders are dispatched within 4 days from the date of order.

UK small orders are posted via Royal Mail

UK Large orders orders orders are posted via Hermes or DPD

International small orders are posted via Royal Mail International service.

International Large orders over 2kg are posted via DPD.

Estimated shipping times

UK: 3 - 5 business days

Europe: 5 - 10 business days

United States & Canada: 10 - 20 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-30 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customers who spend over £40 in the UK will qualify for free p&p.

Returns

If you would like to return your order, you have 7 days from date of purchase to return the item for a refund and up to 21 days for an exchange.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have received Free postage but what to return your order, you will no longer qualify and it will be deducted from your refund.
